Recreation

You're Welcome Here Therapy and Sensory Centre (Sensory Gym)

" YWH Therapy & Sensory Centre is a purposefully designed, sensory-informed space for children and families of all abilities, to play, move, connect, and feel truly welcomed, exactly as they are.

A space created
with heart and purpose.

Katherine "Kay" Samiano, OT

Kay is a registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families across schools, clinics, and communities.

Her journey is both professional and deeply personal. As someone who experienced the world differently growing up, and now as a mom of a child with sensory needs, Kay understands firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when support systems don't make sense.

YWH was born from a deep personal passion and a lifelong commitment to create the space she wished had existed, for every child, every family, no exceptions.
