We are a Not for Profit team made up of professionals and caregivers who have walked and continue to walk the journey of caring for someone with a developmental and/or physical disability.

Our Mission

 

Our mission is to ensure that individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities and their families never feel alone. We connect families with caring support, resources, and community connections that encourage belonging, build confidence, and create meaningful opportunities for individuals to participate and thrive at home, at school, at work, and within their community.
